| Hotel Accommodation |
The meeting will take place at the Intermar Hotel, Diekseepromenade 2, in Malente. This inn is directly located at the shore of the Dieksee, one of the five lakes of the surroundings. The hotel is located in walking distance of the train station of Malente.
Each room is provided with private bath/shower, loggia, telephone, satellite television and mini-bar. If you look out of the window at the seaside of your room, you can enjoy a splendid view over the Dieksee and the green of the forests. Also, you will find a cooking with refinement and creativity, ranging from traditional selections and seasonal food to gourmet specialities.

| Accomodation, Registration and Fees |
It is expected that the participants will arrive on Sunday 11 and depart on Saturday 17. The price for the accomodation is 562,- Euro. This includes the room from Sunday to Saturday, all meals, and all coffee breaks. Also included are a copy of the ``participants' proceedings'' and the costs for a ``5-Seen''-shipping tour at night and a dinner on board of the ship.
