Research Interests
My research interest are mainly the following areas
- model-based system design
- graphical model editors
- Eclipse based Java technologies
- distributed realtime systems, e.g. time-triggered architectures

- All kinds of technical stuff
- Home Cinema
- Basketball (absolutely rookie: attended beginners course at university last season)
- Snowboarding
- Sailing (something you should know living in Kiel. Well, I do not yet, but plan to do the University sailing courses in spring 09)
- Cooking, learned from my mum, she's best gourmet around :-), or american style fast food occasionally, all at its time
- Taking a good drive with my Smart Cabriolet, *wroom*
- Nature and animals. Although due to flat restrictions we have only two land turtles and a small aquarium, *blub*
